  • At aerah, we want every part of your experience to feel considered including how your order gets to you. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on aerah.co and is operated by Aerah Essentials Pvt. Ltd., with its registered office at 15/221-222, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi – 110017, South Delhi, Delhi, India.
    By placing an order on aerah.co, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy. This Policy is to be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, all of which are available on the Website.

  • 1. WHERE WE SHIP

    We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We work with our logistics partners to ensure the widest possible reach, but delivery to certain remote or difficult-toaccess areas may not always be available.
    At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future and will update this Policy when we do. If you are based outside India and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, feel free to write to us at hello@aerah.co.

  • 2. PREPAID ORDERS ONLY

    All orders placed on aerah.co are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time. Payment must be completed at the time of checkout for your order to be confirmed and processed.
    We accept the following payment methods:
    • Credit cards and debit cards
    • Net banking
    • UPI
    • Digital wallets
    All payments are handled securely through Razorpay. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email confirms that we have received your order and payment, and that your order is being prepared for dispatch..

  • 3. Shipping Charges

    We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders placed on aerah.co, regardless of order value or location within India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout the price you see is the price you pay.

    Shipping is free on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
  • 4. ORDER PROCESSING

    Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins preparing your order. Orders are typically processed on business days, which are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
    Here is what to expect after you place your order:

    1. • Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully processed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox within a few minutes of placing your order.
    2. • Order Processing: Our warehouse team will pick, pack, and quality-check your order before it is handed over to our courier partner. This typically takes 1–2 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
    3. • Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been handed to our courier partner and is on its way to you, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details.

    Please note that orders placed on Sundays or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

  • 5. OUR COURIER PARTNERS

    We ship all orders through NimbusPost, our logistics platform, with BlueDart as our preferred courier partner. Depending on your delivery location and pin code serviceability, your order may be fulfilled by BlueDart or another courier partner within the NimbusPost network.
    We are not in a position to guarantee a specific courier partner for any given order, and we are unable to accommodate requests for orders to be shipped via a particular courier. Our priority is ensuring your order reaches you safely and in good condition, and we work with partners who share that commitment.
    In some cases, particularly for remote or less accessible locations, your shipment may be handed over to a regional or local delivery service for last-mile delivery. This is to ensure that your order reaches you even in areas where standard courier networks may have limited coverage.

  • 6. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

    Delivery timelines below are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

    • • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days from dispatch
    • • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days from dispatch
    • • Rural and remote locations: 6–10 business days from dispatch

    These are estimated timelines and are provided for guidance only. Actual delivery may vary depending on your specific location, the volume of orders being processed, courier capacity, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

    Please note that delivery timelines may be longer during sale periods, festive seasons, or in the event of a Force Majeure situation such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or disruption to logistics networks. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances
  • 7. ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time on the courier’s website or app
    You can also track your order directly on aerah.co by logging into your registered account and navigating to your order history. Your most recent order status will be reflected there.
    If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 3 business days of your order being confirmed, or if you are having difficulty tracking your shipment, please write to us at hello@aerah.co and we will look into it for you right away.

    We kindly ask that you ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the address provided, particularly on the expected delivery date. If you know in advance that you will be unavailable, please reach out to us at hello@aerah.co as early as possible so we can try to make alternate arrangements with the courier

  • 8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND FAILED DELIVERIES

    Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts at the address you provide. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification or contact you on the phone number associated with your order to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery.
    In the event that both delivery attempts are unsuccessful for instance, because no one was available to receive the package, or because the delivery address was found to be inaccessible the package will be returned to us.
    If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will reach out to you at the email address or phone number provided at checkout to understand how you would like to proceed. We are happy to arrange re-dispatch once we hear from you. Please note that in such cases, the re-dispatch of your order will be subject to the courier partner’s availability for your pin code, and a re-delivery may take additional time. Re-shipping charges will apply and are billed at actuals, approximately ₹100.

  • 9. ADDRESS ACCURACY

    Before placing your order, please take a moment to ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including the correct pin code and a working contact number. Incorrect or incomplete address information is one of the most common reasons for delivery delays and failed delivery attempts.
    Aerah Essentials Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs arising from an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery address provided at the time of placing the order.
    If you realise you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please write to us at hello@aerah.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your delivery details before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the delivery address.

  • 10. CHANGES AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT

    We understand that sometimes things change after an order has been placed. Here is what you need to know:
    • Address changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please write to us at hello@aerah.co as soon as possible after placing your order, and ideally within a few hours. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but this is only possible before the order has been dispatched. Once it is with the courier, address changes cannot be made.
    • Order cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us at hello@aerah.co as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched. Once your order is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. For details on refunds in the event of an approved cancellation, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
    • Product changes: We are unable to modify the contents of an order once it has been placed. If you would like a different product or variant, we would suggest cancelling the current order (if it has not yet been dispatched) and placing a new one.

  • 11. PACKAGING AND PRODUCT CONDITION ON ARRIVAL

    We take care in packaging every aerah order to ensure that your products arrive safely and in the condition they left us. All orders are packed in protective outer packaging suited to the contents.
    We kindly ask that you inspect your package before accepting it from the courier. If the outer packaging appears to have been opened, tampered with, or visibly damaged in transit, we would recommend refusing the delivery and noting the condition with the courier at the time of refusal. Alternatively, if you have already accepted the package, please open it immediately and inspect the contents.
    If you find that your products have been damaged in transit or are not in the condition you would expect, please do not use the products and write to us at hello@aerah.co within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs and an unboxing video as evidence. We will review your case as quickly as possible and work with you to find a resolution

    Please note that claims for damaged or tampered products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. We are unable to process claims reported after this window, as we will have already closed the corresponding claim with our courier partner.
  • 12. DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

    While we always strive to ensure that your order reaches you within the estimated timeline, there are some circumstances that may cause delays that are genuinely outside our control. These include, but are not limited to:
    • Extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events
    • Disruptions to courier or logistics networks at a national or regional level
    • High order volumes during sale periods or festive seasons
    • Delays caused by public holidays or government-imposed restrictions
    • Inaccessibility of the delivery address due to local conditions
    In such cases, Aerah Essentials Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for the delay or any resulting inconvenience. We will always communicate with you proactively if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

  • 13. MISSING OR LOST SHIPMENTS

    To protect the integrity of aerah.co and the experience of all our users, we ask that you refrain from any activity that may compromise or attempt to compromise the security of the Website. This includes:

    • • Check with other members of your household or building, or with a neighbour, in case the package was left with someone else in your absence
    • • Check around your delivery address sometimes couriers leave packages in a safe spot nearby
    • • Allow 24 hours after the marked delivery date, as tracking statuses can occasionally update ahead of actual delivery

    If your order still has not been located after the above steps, please write to us at hello@aerah.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will raise a formal inquiry with our courier partner and keep you updated on the outcome. Please note that investigations with courier partners may take a few business days to conclude.
    For shipments that are confirmed as lost in transit, we will work with you to arrange a replacement of the same product. Where a replacement is not possible, we will issue an aerah gift card to the value of your order, which can be used on any future purchase on aerah.co and does not expire. Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved as fairly and promptly as possible.

  • 14. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

    If you order more than one product in a single transaction, we will do our best to dispatch all items together in a single shipment. However, in some cases for instance, if one item in your order is temporarily unavailable or needs to be sourced separately your order may be split into more than one shipment. If this happens, we will notify you and provide separate tracking details for each part of your order.
    In the event of a split shipment, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. Free shipping applies across all parts of your order

  • 15. ORDERS DURING SALES AND PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

    During sale events, new product launches, or other promotional campaigns, we may experience a higher volume of orders than usual. While we always do our best to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delivery timelines during these periods may be slightly longer than standard.
    We appreciate your patience during busy periods and will keep you informed at every stage of your order’s journey. All orders placed during a sale or promotional period are subject to the same Shipping Policy as regular orders.

  • 16. OUR PACKAGING AND ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT

    We are conscious of the environmental impact of packaging and are committed to reducing waste wherever we can. Our outer shipping packaging is selected with this in mind — we aim to use materials that are either recyclable, reusable, or minimally wasteful, without compromising on the protection your products need during transit.
    Some of our products may also arrive without additional inner packaging such as individual seals or inner lids where these are not essential to the integrity of the product. This is a deliberate choice in line with our sustainability values, and it does not affect the quality or safety of what is inside.
