Browse aerah.co, add what you’d like to your cart, and head to checkout. Enter your delivery details and complete payment all orders are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. Once your payment goes through, your order is confirmed.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, write to us at hello@aerah.co with your registered email address and we’ll confirm your order status right away.
This can happen due to a brief drop in connection between your bank and our payment gateway. In most cases the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 7–14 business days. If it hasn’t been returned after that, write to us at hello@aerah.co with your payment reference number or a screenshot of the transaction and we will help you resolve it.
Not at this time. All orders on aerah.co are prepaid. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets through Razorpay.
Your order ID is in the confirmation email sent to your registered email address right after your purchase. You can also find it by logging into your aerah account and visiting your order history. If you need help locating it, write to us at hello@aerah.co.
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes need to be requested within 3 hours of placing the order and only before it has been dispatched. Once it’s been handed to our courier partner, no changes can be made. To request a cancellation, write to us at hello@aerah.co with your order ID as soon as possible.
If you need to update any of these details, please write to us at hello@aerah.co as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched. Once it has been picked up by the courier, no further updates to delivery details are possible.
Yes. aerah.co does not store your card or banking credentials at any point. All payments are processed directly through Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS certified. We only receive confirmation that your payment was successful or unsuccessful.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but hope to in the future. If you’d like to be notified when that changes, write to us at hello@aerah.co.
Shipping is complimentary on all orders across India, regardless of order value. No minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:
• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune,
Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days
• Rural and remote locations: 6–10 business days
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch. These are estimates and may vary.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time. You can also check your order status by logging into your aerah account. If you haven’t received a dispatch notification within 3 business days of your order confirmation, write to us at hello@aerah.co.
Before accepting the delivery, check that the outer packaging is intact and hasn’t been opened or tampered with. If all looks good, accept it and open the package to check the contents. If you notice anything wrong a damaged product, a missing item, or the wrong product please do not use it and write to us at hello@aerah.co within 24 hours with your order ID, photos, and an unboxing video.
We would recommend refusing the delivery and noting the condition with the courier at the time of refusal. If you have already accepted the package, open it immediately, document everything with photos and a video, and write to us at hello@aerah.co within 24 hours. Claims reported after this window cannot be processed.
We ship through NimbusPost, with BlueDart as our preferred courier. Depending on your pin code and serviceability, your order may be handled by another courier within the. NimbusPost network. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific courier partner.
First, check with others in your household or building, and look around the delivery area couriers sometimes leave packages nearby. Also allow 24 hours, as tracking can occasionally update before physical delivery. If you still haven’t received your order, write to us at hello@aerah.co within 7 days of the marked delivery date with your order ID and a screenshot of the tracking status.
In the rare event that your order is confirmed lost by the courier, we will arrange a replacement of the same product. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue an aerah gift card to the full value of your order it never expires and can be used on any future purchase on aerah.co.
Our courier will attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and we’ll reach out to arrange re-dispatch. Please note that a re-shipping fee of approximately ₹100 (billed at actuals) will apply. To avoid missed deliveries, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind or a preference for a different product. Because our products are skincare formulations, we follow strict hygiene and quality standards. Returns are only considered in specific circumstances outlined below.
We will consider a return request only if:
• The product arrived physically damaged cracked bottle, broken pump, or crushed packaging
• There is a visible manufacturing defect, such as a broken seal on an otherwise unopened product
• You received the wrong product a different SKU or variant than what you ordered
• A product is missing from your order Returns will not be accepted for opened or used products, tampered packaging, or concerns related to skincare efficacy, fragrance, texture, or colour variation within normal formulation ranges.
Write to us at hello@aerah.co within 24 hours of receiving your order. Pleas include:
• Your order ID (found in your confirmation email)
• An unboxing video showing the outer packaging being opened and the product inside
• Clear photographs of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We review every request carefully and aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Claims raised after the 24-hour window cannot be processed.
Approved returns are resolved with a replacement of the same product. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit for return cases. If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will issue an aerah gift card to the value of your order.
Yes, but only within 3 hours of placing the order and before it has been dispatched. Write to us at hello@aerah.co with your order ID as soon as possible. Once the order is with our courier, cancellation is no longer possible. Orders placed during a sale or promotional period cannot be cancelled or modified.
The full order amount, including applicable taxes, will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account this timeline is governed by your bank or payment provider. If it hasn’t appeared after 14 business days, write to us at hello@aerah.co with your payment reference and we’ll help you follow up.
Orders placed during a sale, launch offer, or any promotional campaign cannot be cancelled or modified. A sale starting after your purchase is not a valid reason for cancellation or a price adjustment.
